Below are a few of the most common questions we have received from customers. Please feel free to ask us any addittional questions you may have if you cannot find your answers in the list below.
Are your workers employees or sub-contractors?
We employ both. We work with a number of sub-contractors who have passed our rigorous list of qualifications and are the best at what they do, the most cost-effective, and honest. Our concern is to employ the finest talent to provide you with the most affordable and highest quality products and services.
How long will my project take to complete?
Once we have been selected to work on your project our team of professionals begin production planning.
One of the first things we do is schedule a visit to your home to confirm the measurements and quantities needed for ordering materials. Work specifications for each trade skill are broken down and the production plan is finalized. Permits, applications, and required drawings are completed and submitted to the appropriate building departments. Purchase orders are created and sent to each vendor who will be supplying materials.
Once all of the paper work is finished, we assemble the appropriate crew to begin production. Generally the only thing that comes between this point and the beginning of your project is the unpredictability of Mother Nature.
Once the work has begun on your project we will work diligently until completed. We ensure that our customers understand that our concern is the same as theirs: the successful completion of our contract in a timely and efficient manner.
